Job Summary Reporting to the Director of Payroll, the Senior Payroll Specialist supports end to end payroll operations in close partnership with management. Under limited supervision, this role is responsible for overseeing payroll processing for Medline businesses and managing day to day payroll activities. The Senior Payroll Specialist brings a strong ability to deep dive into payroll discrepancies, drive process improvements, and conduct complex, in depth audits to ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence. This role requires advanced Workday expertise and the ability to collaborate with and train team members as needed to strengthen overall payroll knowledge and consistency. The Senior Payroll Specialist performs a wide range of payroll and timekeeping activities—including processing, reporting, validation, root cause analysis, and customer support—to ensure all payrolls, audits, and payments are accurate, timely, and compliant with applicable payroll laws, regulations, and internal policies.
