As a CES Operations Supervisor, you will leverage your leadership skills to coordinate and direct the overall delivery of quality service to maximize branch productivity. By working closely with the CES Manager (or Branch Manager) you will provide the supervision needed to ensure safety, branch metric performance and Service efficiency, while contributing world-class sales and customer service support. You will be responsible for service and parts related administrative duties What you’ll do: Support CES Manager in implementing actions to achieve financial objectives Assist the CES Manager in ensuring compliance with all company policies, keep management informed of all customer concerns and advise of parts activities and trends to help build and cultivate customer relations. Drive branch metrics by monitoring scorecard items, chargeability, reviewing technician time reporting, ensure all paid hours available for work, are recorded accurately and timely.
