Merchandising Assistant (12-months fixed term)

Job description

We’re seeking an inspired, brand-aligned Merchandising Assistant to join us on a fixed-term basis for 12 months to support by charlotte’s product range and bring our collections to life. In this role, you’ll help create seamless experiences for our community, support our teams in delivering on-brand and high-quality products, and embody the by charlotte spirit in everything you do. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: As a Merchandising Assistant, you will support the end-to-end production and merchandising process, ensuring our product ranges are executed accurately, on time, and in line with commercial and brand expectations. You’ll work closely with the Buyer, Production, and Planning teams, helping to coordinate collections that resonate with our customers and support business goals. Key responsibilities include: Assisting in the preparation and management of product assortments, purchase orders, and inventory trackers. Supporting the Buyer in range planning, pricing updates, and product lifecycle management.
