Meet Dr. Craig S. Radnay, MD, MPH Position Summary: Under the supervision of Dr. Radnay, Florida Orthopaedic Institute is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA) to support a high-volume orthopaedic practice with a focus on foot, ankle, and knee conditions. This role is designed for a clinically confident PA who brings both surgical and clinic experience and is comfortable managing patient care with increasing autonomy. The PA will play a critical role in maintaining clinic flow, managing patient volume, and ensuring continuity of care across the patient journey. This position includes a structured onboarding and training period, with the expectation that the PA will transition into a high level of independence in the clinic setting once fully ramped. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced orthopaedic PA seeking a long-term role within a collaborative, physician-led practice that values clinical ownership, efficiency, and strong patient relationships.
