Qualifications: This position requires a minimum of four years' experience in personnel supervision and evaluation, program development and evaluation, and fiscal management, along with four years of progressively responsible and applicable management and/or supervisory experience. Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience to provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the duties of the position. A master’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is preferred, as is possession of a valid California Teaching or Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) credential.
