Advanced Practice Provider Opportunity New York Health: Long Island, NY: Job Summary: Occupation: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Specialty: Breast Surgery: Clinic Location s : Patchogue, Port Jefferson, and Wading River, NY Employment: Full-Time | Mon-Fri: Setting : Private Practice, Outpatient: Board Certifications: NP-C/PA-C: Ideal Candidate: - Minimum of 1-2 years of APP experience required - Breast Surgery, Breast Oncology, or Surgical Oncology experience as RN or APP preferred - National board certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA) - Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred - Proficiency with Breast Cancer Risk assessment models, specifically the Tyrer-Cuzick (TC) Score - Understanding of NCCN guidelines for breast cancer screening and genetic/familial high-risk assessment Job Details: Travel required between outpatient clinic sites About the Role: New York Health is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join our Breast Surgery Division.
