Description Overview: Climate Systems is seeking a hands-on, motivated Service Turnkey Team Lead to supervise and guide our skilled service team. This role combines leadership, technical expertise, and active participation in projects to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is a team-oriented leader who develops talent, enforces safety, and supports the success of every project from start to finish.
