Job Description: Primary Care is a program area of Each responsible for delivering upon a range of Primary Care services including Medical, Nursing, Allied Health and Oral Health. The General Practice and Nurse Led Specialty Service operates as a team within Primary Care and is responsible for delivering high quality medical and nursing services across the outer east region of Melbourne. We are a multidisciplinary team of GPs, Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Bicultural Workers, and allied health professionals working collaboratively and alongside the Refugee Health Program.
