Job DetailsJob Location: Mingo Day Program - Mingo Junction, OH 43938Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: BachelorsSalary Range: $51,000.00 - $60,000.00 Salary/yearThe Program Director is responsible for performing a wide variety of supervisory activities as directed by the COO, Operations Director, CEO and Board of Directors. The Program Director will maintain and monitor program execution at the site while also acting as a liaison for the Executive Directors and Staff. The Program Director will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and incident reporting procedures. He/she will oversee and monitor all program logs and documentation. This individual will participate in the interviewing of all prospective applicants for employment and ensuring the staffing roster has an adequate number of funded positions to meet the staffing requirements for the program and services. He/she will be responsible for sufficient number of staff to be on duty and available at all times to provide necessary and adequate safety and care.
