Job Description Summary: CWT Farms International Night Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all overnight hatchery operations, with a primary focus on facility upkeep, equipment functionality, sanitation, and operational readiness for the next production day. This is a working supervisor role, actively performing maintenance, cleaning, and operational tasks while leading the night shift team. This position ensures the building, hatchers, and equipment are properly maintained, alarms are monitored, and all assigned tasks are completed accurately. The Night Shift Supervisor holds employees accountable for attendance and performance and reports directly to the Assistant Hatchery Manager.
