Job DetailsJob Location: Hussey Seating - North Berwick, ME 03906Job Category: Engineering/DraftingPOSITION OVERVIEW: Adapt Hussey’s bleacher and chair platform product lines to meet the event configuration needs of spectator seating venues. DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop Engineer-to-Order design solutions for Hussey’s bleacher and chair platform product lines. Create code compliant submittal drawings for customer approval that reflect the product configurations to be provided. Work with inside project managers to obtain information required to proceed with detailed design development. Complete field checks and assist with building scans and surveys. Utilize 3D design software and other applications to design and digitally fit seating platforms into the building space. Produce part drawings, instructions and other data required to manufacture and install the components of the seating solution into the final site configurations. Prototype, test and validate new designs. Provide guidance during the manufacturing process of custom designs. Provide technical support to installers.
