Feature Architect – Powertrain Chassis

About the role We are seeking a Feature Architect to support the development and delivery of distributed vehicle functions across the Powertrain and Chassis domains. The role sits within the Systems Engineering team and is focused on defining robust system architectures, managing feature ownership, and ensuring successful vehicle integration. Working closely with engineering teams across the business and with external partners, this role plays a key part in translating stakeholder needs into clear system requirements and guiding delivery from concept through to launch. What you’ll be responsible for: In this role, you will analyse and organise stakeholder requirements, derive and allocate system requirements, and define interfaces across complex vehicle systems. You will develop logical, functional and system architectures, support feature delivery reviews, and drive issue resolution and integration activities. The role also involves working collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and suppliers, supporting diagnostic, safety and cyber‑security expectations, tracking system and software delivery.
