Job Summary: The purpose of the Twisting & Heatset Maintenance Tech to repair and maintain Twisting and Heatset equipment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Follow all Safety, Plant & Quality Guidelines - Operate and fill in unoccupied jobs when needed. - Repair and maintain Twisting and Heatset equipment. - Assist in lot changes in Twisting and Heatset as they occur. Performance Expectations (if applicable): - Lifting 1 to 75 pounds is required for tools, parts, and equipment periodically during shift. - Standing as required periodically as needed throughout shift approximately 6 hours per shift. - Stooping as required periodically as needed throughout shift. - Bending as required periodically for machine repair and lot changes throughout shift. - Reaching is required for machine repair and lot changes periodically throughout shift. - Good hand/eye coordination. - Must be able to distinguish colors and shades. - Repetitive hand motions 3 out of 8 hours using wrenches, snips, scissors, and hand tools.
