Join our team as our newly envisioned Early Learning Center Director! JCC Greater Boston seeks a dynamic and experienced Director for its Early Learning Center in Hingham, a year-round program serving young children and families in a nurturing, community-centered environment. Reporting to the Senior Director of Early Learning Centers, the Director is the senior leader responsible for overseeing all aspects of the school’s operations, educational excellence, staff leadership, and family engagement. This role ensures that the center delivers a high-quality early childhood education experience while aligning with the mission, values, and strategic vision of JCC Greater Boston. The Director will lead a talented team of educators, foster strong relationships with families and community partners, and ensure the school operates at the highest standards of educational quality, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
