Position Summary: In the absence of Warehouse Management or Supervision, the Warehouse Lead assumes responsibility for daily warehouse operations within the assigned facility. This role is responsible for ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently while meeting operational goals and customer expectations. The Warehouse Lead supports team members through leadership, communication, coaching, and training while helping maintain productivity, inventory accuracy, and facility compliance.
