Barnes Aerospace East Granby, CRO is seeking a hands-on, progressive leader to join it team as Quality Manager . As a key member of the site leadership team, the right candidate should have a proven track record of providing leadership and expertise in developing and implementing a comprehensive quality program to support complex overhaul and repair processes as well as New Product Introduction (NPI) activities. As Quality Manager, you will focus on building, expanding and sustaining a culture of quality to drive toward zero-defects, no-conformance and escapes. This candidate should have a proven track record of driving performance and results through effective leadership of people-grounded in core values with a demonstrated ability to cultivate a high performance, collaborative and engaged team that wants to “win”.
