Classification Title: Sourcing Recruiter Classification Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and two years of appropriate experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Job Description: Key Responsibilities Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development: Screening & Pre‑Recruitment Coordination Review resumes and conduct initial screening calls. - Research and engage active and passive candidates. - Build and maintain strong talent pools for future roles. - Conduct outreach via networking, digital platforms, and direct communication. - Foster strong relationships with hiring managers to understand needs. - Create marketing materials to support searches. - Schedule interviews and provide candidate support. - Prepare candidates for next‑step conversations. Recruitment Administration & Compliance: - Draft candidate communications (invitations, disposition notices). - Prepare sourcing reports and present recruitment insights. - Manage moderately complex recruitment challenges and escalate when needed.
