Your tasks: - Execute advanced analytics and data science projects for global HR stakeholders. - Convert HR/business needs into clearly defined analytical problem statements. - Build predictive models in areas such as attrition, talent acquisition, DEI, employee experience and workforce planning. - Prepare analytics-ready datasets from HR and non-HR sources, working closely with data engineering teams. - Develop Power BI dashboards using advanced DAX and strong visual storytelling principles. - Translate analytical results into clear insights and actionable recommendations for non-technical audiences. - Contribute to reusable code templates, assets and methodological best practices. - Collaborate with global project teams across multiple time zones.
