Aquilino Cancer Center seeks to hire an Occupational Therapist for our Outpatient Rehabilitation department who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing. As a Lymphedema Occupational Therapist, you will: - Perform an initial examination and evaluation to establish an impairment/diagnosis, prognosis, and plan of care prior to intervention for all persons served with basic rehabilitation needs in acute care, outpatient, or inpatient rehabilitation settings - Perform an initial examination and evaluation to establish an impairment/diagnosis, prognosis, and plan of care prior to intervention for all persons served with basic rehabilitation needs in acute care, outpatient, or inpatient rehabilitation settings (flex to any Rehab site as needed) - Provide, or direct and supervise, the therapy intervention consistent with the results of the examination, evaluation, diagnosis, prognosis, and plan of care.
