We are seeking an energetic, dedicated, and team-oriented Women's Softball Head Coach to lead our program. The successful candidate will be a mentor and strategist, responsible for all aspects of the program, including recruitment, student-athlete development, and operational management. This role is pivotal in fostering a culture of academic excellence, competitive athletic success, and personal growth for our student-athletes. Based on the qualifications and experience of the successful applicant, the anticipated annual salary for this position is up to $41,500 plus an employer contribution to the UMS retirement plan.
