Schedule : Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with availability for after hours and weekends as needed. The Opportunity The Manager in Training (MIT) program is a leadership development role designed to prepare high potential candidates for future operational management positions within Trinity. The program offers hands on exposure to on site and regional operations, financial performance, and team leadership while working closely with experienced property management professionals.
