Job Summary: The Excavation Superintendent is responsible for supervising and coordinating daily activities of excavation crews, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with hands-on field knowledge of excavation processes related to grading, utilities, and paving preparation.
