Job description
The NPC & CSD Technical Support Engineer plays a key role in ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of Nokia Provisioning Center (NPC) and Customer Service Database (CSD) environments. This position provides advanced technical support, collaborates closely with customers and internal stakeholders, and contributes to continuous service improvement. Technical Support & Troubleshooting: - Provide Level 2/3 support for NPC and CSD-related incidents and service requests. - Diagnose and resolve issues related to NPC and CSD software, hardware, and integrations. - Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring problems. Customer Engagement: - Collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements and challenges. - Provide training and documentation to customer teams for NPC and CSD operations. - Act as a technical liaison between customers and Nokia R&D teams. Collaboration & Reporting: - Work closely with Nokia's global care teams, R&D, and product management teams. - Prepare detailed reports on incidents, resolutions, and system performance metrics.
