Segra is searching for a qualified and experienced NOC Engineer I to join us in a full-time capacity in either our Columbia, SC or Kansas City, MO network operations centers. Location Requirement: The work arrangement for this role is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of three (3) days in our Columbia or Kansas City Segra network operations center, with flexibility to work remotely two (2) days each week. Role Overview: As a NOC Engineer I, you will play a pivotal role in providing foundational support for monitoring and managing Segra’s core, distribution, carrier last mile, and customer premise voice and data services. This position is an entry level engineer role and is focused on developing your technical skills and providing a comprehensive understanding of network operations from an engineering perspective. Your responsibilities include assisting with routine network surveillance, basic system troubleshooting, and documenting incidents and their resolutions.
