This is a high-impact position where your hires will directly shape our technical roadmap, product capabilities, and long-term innovation. You'll play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and closing exceptional talent across software engineering, engineering management, data science, machine learning, technical product functions, and other hard-to-fill areas. This is a fully in-office role in Austin, TX, designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
