Agency Asset Manager II The Manager plays a key role responsible for the daily oversight and management of an assigned portfolio of multifamily loans, with a primary focus on risk mitigation efforts. As the primary point of contact, this role is responsible for monitoring emerging risk and working closely with borrowers and investors to seek remediation. Responsibilities: Subject matter expert on Asset Management tasks Analyze financial statements and property operating statements Conduct property inspections: Review reserve draws: Process consent requests, including related review of loan documents and other agreements Manage client relationships, providing excellent customer servicing while enforcing loan document/lender requirements. Perform ongoing risk analysis, ensuring timely risk detection and appropriate monitoring Identify CREFC watchlist triggers and prepare investor comments for assigned portfolio Conduct market research and prepare market reports Prepare loan and portfolio level status reports Comply with all Investor monitoring and reporting requirements Assists Team Leader in compiling information for investor audits, as needed Handles special projects as assigned by...
