Job description

Essential Functions: - Part Time position - To take all orders from customers for F&B. - To serve guests in accordance with company standards. - To impart to the customer warmth and graciousness, much as you would give a guest in your own home. - To inquire throughout the course of the customer's meal if the food, service, and dining atmosphere are to his / her satisfaction. - To be thoroughly familiar with menu items and related materials. - To clean and maintain all working areas and equipment. - To complete designated side work efficiently and thoroughly. - To use the suggestive selling method for building check averages. - To refer any complains to the appropriate supervisor. - To undertake all reasonable tasks requested by the food and beverage manager, restaurant manager to host / hostess. - To maintain a good working liaison with all other members of the staff. - To prepare and present bills to customers for payment using the point of sales system (POS). - To obtain settlement from customers, either cash or charge and settle bills using POS system. - To produce at the end of each shift, reconciliation of cash and charge bills. - To consciously assist in all company promotion...
