Job description

What You’ll Do: - Act as the subject matter expert for store equipment, taking full accountability for performance, availability, and operational effectiveness. - Own the planning, prioritisation, and delivery of equipment‑related activity that supports safe and efficient trading. - Provide operational support to stores and regions, identifying root causes of equipment issues through data, trend analysis, and process mapping. - Collaborate with Procurement, Contract Managers, and suppliers to drive value, innovation, and continuous improvement. - Maintain and improve equipment standards, ensuring compliance with all legal, safety, and regulatory requirements while communicating clearly to stores.
