North South Consulting Group, LLC (NSCG) is seeking an On-Site Team Lead to serve as the senior on-location authority responsible for the successful execution of daily contract operations in support of the Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCoE) G-3 mission. This role provides leadership, direction, and coordination across multiple functional areas, ensuring all services are delivered efficiently and in alignment with mission requirements. Acting as the primary point of contact for on-site activities, the Team Lead ensures workforce performance, operational continuity, and high-quality service delivery in a dynamic, mission-driven environment. **This position is contingent upon contract award.
