Job Description Summary This role owns the end-to-end project lifecycle, from order review through installation and customer handoff, ensuring on-time delivery, quality execution, and high customer satisfaction at customer sites. Operating as the primary customer interface during implementation, the Project Manager coordinates cross-functional teams—including Sales, Service, Applications, and Operations—to deliver a seamless installation experience. The role requires strong project management discipline, customer engagement skills, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic environment. This position is customer-facing and best suited for candidates located within the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area, with regular travel to customer sites.
