We're looking for a Recruiter to join our team at Surgery Partners! Recruiter - Hybrid Opportunity: This is a hybrid position based at our corporate office in Brentwood, TN, with on-site work required Monday through Wednesday. GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Serve as the liaison between the company and the candidates by handling phone calls, questions, managing candidate flow in the ATS and other details before and after interviews. EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in business, human resources or a related field; or equivalent experience. EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 2 years recruiting experience; healthcare industry experience preferred. LICENSE(S)/CERTIFICATION(S): Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or equivalent certification preferred KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: Benefits: ENVIRONMENTAL/WORKING CONDITIONS : Normal busy office environment with much telephone work.
