A Brief Overview The Assistant Manager drives store sales and profitability by leading a team of leaders and associates to deliver excellent customer service, achieve sales and key metric goals, and deliver operational excellence. This role develops associates in effective selling techniques, executing inbound and outbound deliveries, inventory management, and maintaining an attractive store environment. The Assistant Manager works collaboratively with other store leaders to optimize team performance and promote memorable shopping experiences that build customer loyalty and satisfaction. This is an exempt position, with monthly bonus eligibility.
