POSITION SUMMARY: The Build Team Supervisor will manage the workflow, output, and schedule of the department. They will continuously improve production processes and team members’ development. The Build Team Supervisor will take initiative to resolve issues quickly and escalate complex problems as appropriate while providing project and line status updates to management and the assembly team.
