Life Enrichment Director StoryPoint of Northfield: Full Time: 5900 Hunting Rd, Louisville, KY 40222 Position Summary: The Life Enrichment Director plans, organizes, coordinates, and facilitates life enrichment activities that are beneficial and complimentary to the social welfare and interests of the residents of a senior living community. The Life Enrichment Director will also lead, train, and be accountable for Life Enrichment support roles within the community. Required Experience for Life Enrichment Director: - High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of three years related experience and/or training preferred. - Must be able to work a flexible schedule, which may include evenings, weekends, and holiday hours. - Compassionate towards the senior population. - Proficient in general computer skills. - Must have prior experience leading a team. - Organizational and time management skills.
