Job Description: Location : Saint Martin, Toulouse Contract: Internship - 3 mois: As a Cryogenic Test Bench Architect Trainee (m/f), you will join a multidisciplinary, international team dedicated to developing an advanced superconducting and cryogenic powertrain. This system is promising for enabling high-power electric propulsion in Liquid Hydrogen aircraft. The powertrain will incorporate a superconducting direct current network with protective features, a cryogenic motor drive, a superconducting electric motor, and a cryogenic cooling system. This development takes place in a dynamic, stimulating environment alongside global partners, including various research institutes, start-ups, and major industrial groups. In preparation for the development of a new superconducting motor, the team is designing an entirely new test facility. This facility will be used to characterize and validate the superconducting coils, which form the core component of the motor.
