Organisation: Leicestershire County Council Work Location: County Hall, LE3 8RA and various locations Salary: £39,939 to £42,699 plus £3,300 market premia payment for Level 3 Social Workers £35,451 to £39,165 for Level 2 Social Workers per annum (pro-rata for part-time) (Pay award pending) Working Hours: 37 Hours Per Week Contract Type: Permanent Closing Date: Wednesday 29th April 2026 Interview Date(s): TBC About the Role: We have funding for 2 Social Workers to join our busy Mental Health and Reablement team in Blaby, Oadby, Wigston and Market Harborough. These are permanent full-time positions and would particularly suit experienced Social Workers with a background working with this service user group, and with those the use substances, though applications from other suitable candidates are also welcome. The team is knowledgeable, friendly and supportive, with a wealth of contacts and experience amongst the extensive Mental Health community and provider network within Blaby, Oadby, Wigston and Harborough.
