Intern HR Organizational Development & Learning (m/f/d) - Location: ​Hamburg, Norderstedt - tesa Headquarter - Entry as: limited to max. 6 months - Work Area: Human Resources What you will do: Do you want to help shape tesa's global Learning and Development program as an intern? Then become part of our Learning & Development team and actively support a wide range of global learning initiatives. - You will contribute to the conception, planning and implementation of various global projects - You will take on your own smaller projects in personnel development and related areas - You will be actively involved in day-to-day business in a national and international environment, including the preparation and follow-up of trainings and workshops (virtual and in person) as well as quality management - You research and identify external training providers for new training programs - You support administrative training management via our learning management system and manage learning platforms such as LinkedIn Learning - You research and report on new trends and developments in the area of Learning & Development What you will need: - You are currently studying a relevant field such as humani...
