Provides employee relations in accordance with organizational policies and practices. Assists in strategic planning. Helps determine organization, unit and site goals. - Directs workgroups daily activities, resolves problems, answers questions assigns and prioritizes work. - Performs staffing and resource planning by scheduling resources and monitoring processes on a day by day basis, redeploying resources as needed. - Develops employees through coaching and counseling, directing assignments, planning and directing training activities. Basic Qualifications: Education and Experience: Bachelors and 5 years experience or HS/GED and 9 years experience in management and/or production. Preferred Qualifications: Experience: 3 years in management and/or production. Strong written and oral communication skills. Additional Basic Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older Compensation: The compensation range for this position is $90,000.00 - $90,000.00 annually. This position will be eligible for an annual performance incentive plan.
