Registered Nurse – CVICU / Stepdown Lake Mary, FL: Compensation: CVICU: $33.77 – $49.06/hr: ICU Stepdown: $31.86 – $46.28/hr Cardiac Neuro / Telemetry: $30.75 – $44.68/hr Shift Differentials: Night Shift: +$4.50/hr: Weekend Shift: +$1.50/hr Sign-On Bonus: CVICU: $15,000 Days | $20,000 Nights Stepdown: $15,000 Days | $20,000 Nights Cardiac Neuro: $10,000 Days | $15,000 Nights Schedule: 3×12 shifts | Days or Nights Overview: A Level II Trauma Center in the Sanford area is expanding several specialty nursing units including cardiovascular intensive care, stepdown, and cardiac neuro services. Units Hiring: CVICU: 12-bed cardiovascular intensive care unit treating high-acuity cardiac surgery patients. Typical ratio: 1:1 – 1:2 Requirements: Recent ICU RN experience ACLS: NIH Stroke Scale: ICU Stepdown: 15-bed stepdown unit caring for monitored patients requiring advanced support.
