Job Description The ServiceNow PPM / SPM Implementation Consultant is responsible for assisting with the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow’s Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) capabilities. This role partners closely with stakeholders to enable demand intake, portfolio governance, project execution, and value realization, while aligning with broader ServiceNow platform standards and best practices.The consultant brings deep functional expertise in SPM/PPM and a strong familiarity with related ServiceNow modules, such as ITSM, to deliver integrated, scalable solutions that support enterprise workflows and reporting needs.
