It is not to be construed as an exhaustive statement of duties or responsibilities. - Purchase raw material to support the production plan - Purchase other non-inventory materials - Purchase office & coffee supplies - Resolve raw material non-conformances - Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal customers - Provide input on vendor performance - Receive Purchase Orders in ERP system - As time allows, assist Production Planning with administrative tasks - Assist in yearend physical inventory - Assist in ERP system master data set up and maintenance - Ensure compliance of all Purchasing and Production Planning ISO procedures - Follow AGI’s Code of Business Ethics and related compliance policies - Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned Requirements and Qualifications: - High School Diploma - Minimum 1 year of Purchasing and/or Planning experience in a manufacturing environment - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate - Strong organizational skills - An excellent memory and attention to detail...
