This full-time position is responsible for the administration, leadership, and development of a competitive intercollegiate men’s volleyball program that aligns with the mission of Nichols College and the philosophy of NCAA Division III athletics. The Head Coach is accountable for recruiting, retention, compliance, budget oversight, student-athlete development, and program culture. Program Leadership & Administration: Provide strategic leadership, vision, and oversight for all aspects of the men’s volleyball program.
