Collections Officer

Job description

We’re looking for a Collections Analyst to help manage repayments, arrears, and collections activity across our lending portfolio. Sitting within Lending Operations, this role plays a key part in protecting portfolio performance, maintaining strong controls, and delivering positive customer outcomes. You’ll analyse delinquent accounts, monitor payment activity, and support effective collections strategies—working closely with Payments, Credit Risk, Finance, Treasury, Hardship, and Technology teams to identify risks, resolve issues, and improve processes.
