In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:  Deliver reliable hands-on support to manufacturing by skillfully operating tools, machinery, and specialized equipment with minimal supervision, keeping production running smoothly.  Maintain a strong safety culture by identifying hazards, using proper PPE, following HSE protocols, and speaking up immediately to prevent injuries or incidents.  Contribute to environmental responsibility by recognizing how your work affects resources and actively reducing waste, energy use, and negative impact.  Uphold high quality standards by following technical documentation, performing precise inspections, and ensuring workmanship meets or exceeds expectations.  Improve equipment reliability by performing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance while helping analyze downtime and failure trends.  Support operational efficiency by identifying constraints, solving problems, and contributing ideas that streamline processes and reduce costs.  Strengthen team performance through clear communication, collaboration with peers and support teams, and active participation in improvement initiatives like TPM.  Grow your impact o...
