Description Lynkwell field service technicians are responsible for ensuring our Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations are performing optimally. Most days will be spent visiting sites, inspecting systems, and working closely with the Customer Support team to resolve technical issues completely. Attention to detail, strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to problem solve, good communication, and a mind for safety, are all required skills for this position. The Field Service Technicians spend the majority of their time working on-site; significant driving across the state is part of the job, and a dedication to taking the best possible care of our customers is essential. Safety - for our team, our customers, and their property - is our primary priority. Field Service Technicians are expected to follow all safety protocols.
