As a Lead Retail Sales Associate, you'll model exceptional service, showcase our merchandise, and help guests appreciate our musical legacy. You'll provide frontline sales associates with in-the-moment support, including merchandise returns, cash management needs, and guest service escalations. Our retail locations range from traditional gift shop environments to live performance venues.
