Partner with the best: As an OIC Global Sales Enablement Leader , you will be responsible for designing and executing customer‑focused, market‑development initiatives that drive incremental growth across product lines. You will lead cross‑business programs, support the launch and expansion of new and existing technologies, and influence strategic decisions with broad cross‑functional impact. This role requires the ability to communicate high‑level concepts to senior leadership, coach and develop teams, and deliver complex professional work across single‑layered or multi‑layered teams. You will operate in an environment where cases are unique, often without precedent, requiring new approaches and strong knowledge management.
