Position Title: Sales Support Representative Position Description This exciting opportunity is a full-time, permanent role with Pellera Technologies. As a Sales Support Representative (SSR) you will act as a trusted advisor to Account Executives, Clients and Vendor Partners. Collaborating amongst the sales organization, you will be responsible for supporting sales efforts to attain revenue and gross profit targets. Key areas include quoting and proposal coordination, as well as adapting to dynamic process improvement efforts around major solution providers. We are seeking candidates who come from a technology Value Added Reseller (VAR), paired with contracting & quoting experience around major vendors like IBM, Cisco, Dell, HPE, etc. Key Responsibilities: - Assist Account Executives in presales activities which include all aspects of pricing for Hardware, Software, Services and Maintenance. - Proposal creation and generation. - Perform contract changes. - Follow published SSR process flow and meet all established SLAs. - Ensure Salesforce records are accurate, up to date, and complete. - Confirm partner records are up to date with current relevant information. - Stay informed with...
