As a People Manager, this role leads enterprise‑level analytical and strategic efforts that support growth and efficiency priorities. The position is accountable for structuring complex problems, leading advanced analysis and research, and facilitating informed decision‑making across business and functional leaders. This role operates with enterprise perspective and enables alignment, clarity, and rigor in support of enterprise objectives. As a Bank of Hawaii employee, you ensure (or assist with ensuring) compliance with applicable laws, regulations, regulatory requirements and Bank policies and procedures, including but not limited to those related to Fair Banking, Anti-Money Laundering laws and regulations, Bank Secrecy Act and USA PATRIOT Act.
