JOIN US: For our Amsterdam team (on-site), we are currently looking for a (Senior) Design Manager (all genders) with a strong technical backbone to bridge the gap between creative vision and technical feasibility for high-end retail projects. WHAT YOU DO: - You translate creative briefings into retail campaigns and window installations. - You create high-quality renders, precise technical drawings (CAD/Rhino) and production-ready documents within budget and timelines. - You drive material selection (wood, metal, sustainable options) and define feasible, scalable construction standards. - You act as quality control for production sheets and prototypes, providing technical guidance to production partners and internal prototyping. - You work closely with Project Management, Production, and clients to ensure a smooth workflow from design to set-up. - You visit locations to check technical possibilities and oversee installations of window displays and in-store activations across Europe.
